How to make your own flower essence

I always loved flowers and working with essential oils and flower essences was a sweet experience. Recently I was asking the flowers about the essences "what we can do to change this karma of pressing density on them " because I felt I would like to use them in my work again. And after 2 days the transmission of Sheree Edington (see more "Language of Light and bush flower essences") came on the site! This is divine timing and ohana synchronization and I want to thank Sheree for this beautiful work she has done!
After reading that transmission the flowers started to talk to me "We want to become ascending essences, we want to become a part of the "rainbow ohana" (language of light)!". Then my ancestors and the flowers drove me to start making my own essence from flowers I could see in my garden or in nature around. So , one day I saw two sweet little cyclamen in our yard with their pink -lilac petals giving a sense of "difference" in the total image. It was the time when we had these horrible fires everywhere around I live (in Greece). I was watching from my yard the fire coming down the mountains towards our hill! It was really difficult moment for me! But the cyclamen were there to remind me that a new day will come and all that was happening was a cleansing that Mother Earth had to do. The cyclamen although looking so fragile and sensitive (like many ascending people are) were at the same time so powerful to bloom against all odds! Reminding us the sweetness that can arise above all the darkness in the coming years! Hope, perseverance, sweetness, commitment to the new ascending dream of this era.
"Stay in unity"! (consciousness) the pale pink colour reminded me! "Forgive bigger than you thought possible" the pink colour round its base reminded me. I thank you dear cyclamen! You have sweeten my heart in these difficult days and yes you also helped me to stand for Mother Earth in this cleansing time. Everything looks burned around the mountains but the cyclamens and so many other sweet flowers come out to give hope to everyone!......(and by the way our hill was saved!)
This was in short my communication with the cyclamen and I still have much to learn from it by drinking the essence I made and that my heart wanted to share with all of you. The companies they make the essences ,lose their honest focus due to the games of marketing. They also try to seduce you, even by selling "their" natural products because they supposed are better than the others! The flowers are fed up(as they told me) with this situation and they would gladly like to be used only with the respect and honor an open hearted ascended person can have for them. They are happy that they become a part of this LoL dance "We have a new meaning in life now! - "We all go home together!"
"We feel your blessings and we bless you back with our essence, our smell, our colours!" they said. So in a way they gave me the permission to write to you how you can make your own essence by communing with them.
"CREATE YOUR OWN ESSENCE"
-On a sunny day, go for a walk in nature or just go out to your garden balcony and watch which flower-plant may attract your attention. Make the intention to commune with the particular one and guide you for your self healing you need at this time. Muscle test or dowse which flowers to pick for the essence and how many of them you need. Ask for their permission, bless them, and forgive absolute any karma with the flower kingdom with the intention not to transfer any density to them. When everything feels ok in your heart then:
-Take the flowers or leaves and put in a clear (sterilized with hot water) glass jar-bowl and cover it with spring water. If you can not find pure spring water buy the best bottle water and bless it!
-Take the jar, put on the ground under the sun and let the flowers bathe in the blessings of sunlight! Muscle test for how many hours they want to stay under the sun.( cover the bowl with a glass plate ,better)
-When it's the time, take the bowl and pour the flower water trough a filter paper to a jar.
-Then pour brandy (an equal amount as the water) and that can preserve the essence for many months even years.
-Buy a small dark bottle with a pipette and pour some of your essence so to take every day the amount of drops you need (you dowse and muscle test about).
Finally commune with the essence and understand for which issue can help you, which rainbow tone can direct to you and enjoy the benefit of this "new friendship"! It can give you many useful insights for your life!
